well the votes are in and the majority of voters are in favour of a three round limit, but I don't personally like limits so I'm going to set the limit at six rounds.
This means that any books owing from Round Three will need to be journalled as received in order for the sender to participate in Round Nine when it happens. Hopefully no books will be outstanding for that long, but if they are I will ensure that the intended recipients are not disadvantaged.
